Why we built Responsemate
Compliance questionnaires are unavoidable. Vendor due diligence forms, security reviews, RFPs, RFIs, and custom customer questionnaires arrive in different formats, and answering each one is a slow, manual process that pulls the most experienced people away from actual security work.
The problem is not the questions themselves. Most questionnaires ask roughly the same things in slightly different formats. The answers live in your policies, certificates, and prior responses. They just need to be found, structured, and formatted correctly every time.
Responsemate reduces that work. It reads your existing documentation, interprets questionnaire questions, and generates sourced drafts so your team can review rather than write from scratch.
