The export includes questions, approved answers, and any additional columns that were present in the original import, so the file you send matches the format your counterpart expects.

Format-Preserving Export
The exported file uses the same column layout as the original import. Your counterpart receives a file that fits their template without any reformatting work on your end.
Approved Answers Only
Only approved answers are included in the export. Any question that has not been reviewed and signed off is flagged before the download so nothing unreviewed reaches your counterpart.
Original Structure Retained
Columns, sheets, and module groupings from the original file are preserved in the export. Additional columns that were not mapped during import pass through unchanged.
