Structured Flag Types
Four flag types cover the common states a question can be in during review: needs review, attention, missing, and important. Each type has a distinct visual indicator in the question list.
Private Notes
Attach a plain-text note to any question explaining what needs to happen, whether that is finding a missing document, rewriting an answer, or escalating to a subject-matter expert.
Persistent Until Resolved
Flags stay visible until a team member explicitly resolves them. This means nothing slips through because it was scrolled past or forgotten in a message thread.
