Tags & Scoping
Control which knowledge is available for each questionnaire topic.
Relevant context for every question, without noise
A large knowledge base can contain content that is relevant to some questionnaires but not others. Responsemate lets you tag knowledge base items and questionnaire modules so the AI limits its search to relevant content for each topic area, reducing off-topic context and improving draft quality.
- ✓Tag Q&A entries, files, and links with topic labels
- ✓Tag questionnaire modules to match knowledge tags
- ✓AI searches automatically scoped to matching tags
- ✓Exclude irrelevant knowledge from specific topic searches
- ✓Tags can span multiple topic areas for cross-cutting content
- ✓Works across all AI agents that draw from the knowledge base
Tag-Based Filtering
Apply tags to knowledge base items and questionnaire modules. When the AI drafts answers for a tagged module, it focuses its search on knowledge items with matching tags, cutting out noise from unrelated content.
Module Scoping
Scoping can be set at the module level so different sections of the same questionnaire draw from different parts of your knowledge base. A data handling section draws on privacy policies; an access control section draws on IAM documentation.
Cross-Agent Consistency
Tags are used consistently by Responder, EvidenceFinder, CoverageScout, and other agents. The same scoping rules that focus AI drafting also control which evidence is recommended and which gaps are surfaced.
